Energy saving measures of pharmaceutical purification air conditioning systems
摘要:
针对医药净化空调系统能耗大的问题,结合实际工程经验,对此类项目空调系统的设计提出了以下节能措施以满足节能要求:新风预冷一次回风系统、合理选用换气次数、工艺设备间歇排风、能量回收技术、余热回收型转轮除湿机组。在此基础上分析了各种节能措施的适用场合。

Abstract:
Regarding the current situation of huge energy consumption of pharmaceutical purification air conditioning systems, combined with practical engineering experience, expounds several energy saving measures for this kind of projects to satisfy the energy saving requirements, including primary return air system with outdoor air pretreatment, appropriate air change rate, intermittent air exhaust for process equipment, energy recovery technology and rotary dehumidification unit with waste heat recovery. On this basis, analyses the applicability of each energy saving measure.
