超长大型厂房的热水供暖系统设计
Hot water heating system design for long and huge plant building

以某客车整备库工程为实例,结合超长大型厂房特点和室外热网布置条件,提出了一种大、小同程式热水供暖系统,合理划分供暖大系统及小系统,控制小系统承担的立管数与环路作用半径值合理,使大、小系统各并联环路之间的不平衡率小于15%,大、小系统都达到良好的水力工况。实践证明该供暖系统运行效果良好,可为类似工程设计提供参考。
Abstract:
Taking the heating project of a train equipment warehouse as an example, based on the building characteristics and the layout conditions of outdoor heat supply network, proposes a set of big and small reversed return heating system. Divides the big and small heating systems reasonably, and controls the number of risers and the loop effect radius of the small system in a reasonable value. Ensures that the unbalance rate between the parallel loops of the big and small systems is less than 15% and the big and small systems achieve good hydraulic conditions. Practical test indicates that the heating system works well, which can provide a reference for similar engineering design.
