新疆办公建筑能耗及其影响因素分析
Analysis on energy consumption and influencing factors of office buildings in Xinjiang
摘要：
以新疆典型城市某办公建筑为研究对象，通过设置不同功能房间的参数和作息，借助DeST软件对该办公建筑空调系统全年能耗进行模拟，分别研究新疆独特气候特点下几种因素对建筑能耗的影响。结果表明，季节、新风、气密性、气候区等因素对建筑能耗有显著影响，需要在今后的节能设计中加以考虑。

Abstract：
Using DeST software，simulates the annual energy consumption of an office building air conditioning system in a typical city of Xinjiang based on different parameters and schedules of function rooms. Studies the influence of different factors on the building energy consumption under the unique climate characteristics of Xinjiang. The results show that the factors such as season, outdoor air, air tightness and climate zone significantly influence building energy consumption, and need to be taken into account in future energy saving designs.
