多元平行流蒸发器空气侧换热与流动特性模拟
Air side heat transfer and flow characteristics simulation of multi-unit parallel flow evaporators
摘要:
模拟分析了多元平行流蒸发器百叶窗肋片空气侧流动和换热特性,得到了不同百叶窗角度下的压力场和温度场。将数值模拟计算所得的空气侧换热系数和压降与相关文献实验关联式的计算结果进行了比较,验证了数值模拟所采用的模型和方法的可行性。分析了百叶窗间距对空气侧传热和阻力特性的影响,发现存在一个最佳的百叶窗间距,使空气侧换热系数最大。
Abstract:
Simulates and analyses the air side heat transfer and flow characteristics of louver fins of multi-unit parallel flow evaporators, and obtains the pressure field and temperature field at the different louver angles. Compares the air side heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop calculated by numerical simulation with those calculated by the experimental correlation formula in relevant literatures, and verifies the feasibility of the model and method adopted in numerical simulation. Analyses the influence of louver spacing on the air side heat transfer and resistance characteristics, and finds that there exists an optimum louver spacing to maximize the air side heat transfer coefficient.
