分离式热管型机房空调性能实验研究
Performance experiment of separate heat pipe air conditioning units for electronic equipment rooms
摘要:
介绍了分离式热管型机房空调的工作原理、实验装置及数据处理方法。对发热机柜出风温度、蒸发器出风温度、系统COP和能耗的变化规律进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在环境平均温度20 ℃时,分离式热管型机房空调系统可以将发热机柜出风温度控制在限定范围内,保证设备稳定运行;COP变化范围为4.66~13.9,实验平均COP可达9.05;与传统机房空调系统耗电量相比,其节电率达62.4%。
Abstract:
Presents the operation principle, experiment devices and data processing method. Investigates the variation rules of the heat source temperature, temperature of air leaving the evaporator, COP and energy consumption of the system. As a result, when the average air temperature of environment is 20 ℃, the air temperature of heat source can be kept within the given range with the separate heat pipe air conditioning units, and the equipment operates well, the COP ranges from 4.66 to 13.9, and the average COP value reaches 9.05, and the power consumption can be reduced by 62.4 percent comparing to the conventional special air conditioning for device room.
