空调机组热工参数三定律与建立特性曲线的新方法

摘要:

依据实验结果和理论分析,阐明了空调机组热工参数三定律:空调机组进、出口空气湿球温度存在唯一的相关性规律;对于一台确定的空调机组,在一定的风量下,其湿球温降等于常数;空调机组进、出口空气相对湿度存在唯一的相关性规律。基于热工参数三定律并应用空气处理过程线的聚焦原理,提出只用一个实验点确定空调机组热工性能参数的方法。

Abstract:

Based on experimental results and theoretical analyses, expounds the three rules of thermal parameters of air conditioning units: there exists a unique correlation rule between the inlet and outlet air wet bulb temperature of an air conditioning unit; for a given air conditioning unit at a given air rate, its wet bulb temperature drop equals to a constant; the inlet and outlet air relative humidity of an air conditioning unit abides by unique correlation rules. According to the three rules of thermal parameters and focusing principal of air handling line, proposes a new method to establish thermal performance parameter curve of an air conditioning unit with one certified test point.
