套管式地埋管换热器换热性能实验研究

Heat transfer performance experiment of double pipe type ground heat exchangers

摘要:

以深度为60 m的镀锌钢管套管式地埋管换热器地源热泵系统和热电阻测温系统为实验平台,对土壤温度、套管式地埋管换热器换热性能及换热器对周围土壤的热影响进行了实验研究。研究表明,南宁市地下5~60 m的土壤温度为23.2~23.7 ℃;80和65套管式地埋管换热器的合理流量分别为1 500 L/h和1 200 L/h,对应的单位井深换热量分别为107.5 W/m和81.4 W/m;不同内管导热系数对套管式地埋管换热器换热性能的影响很小;内进外出流动模式换热器的换热性能优于外进内出模式;间歇运行有利于土壤温度的恢复。

Abstract:

With a ground source heat pump system with galvanized double pipe type ground heat exchangers whose pipe buried depth is 60 m and a thermocouple temperature measurement system, experimentally studies the soil temperature, heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger and thermal impact of the heat exchanger on surrounding soil. The results show that the temperature of the soil below the ground 5 m to 60 m is 23.2 ℃ to 23.7 ℃ in Nanning city; the appropriate flow of Ф80 and Ф65 double pipe type heat exchangers is 1 500 L/h and 1 200 L/h separately, and the unit depth heat transfer quantity is 107.5 W/m and 81.4 W/m separately; the heat transfer coefficient of the inner tube has little effect on the heat transfer performance of double pipe type heat exchanger; the heat transfer performance in the flow mode of inside entering and outside leaving is superior to that in the mode of outside entering and inside leaving; intermittent operation is favourable to soil temperature recovery.
