水源热泵在燃气供热锅炉烟气余热回收中的应用
Application of water-source heat pump to waste heat recovery of gas-fired heating boilers
摘要:
针对现有燃气锅炉用烟气余热回收装置受供热系统回水温度较高限制、难以回收烟气余热中大量潜热的问题,提出了一种应用水源热泵的燃气锅炉烟气余热深度回收技术。介绍了该技术的方法和原理,并对某锅炉房改造工程运行数据进行了分析。结果表明,采用该技术可将排烟温度降至30 ℃以下,降低供暖燃气消耗量10%,极大地减少了燃气锅炉排烟中水蒸气含量,有助于缓解供暖季雾霾的产生。
Abstract:
Aiming at problem that existing flue gas waste heat recovery device of gas fired boiler is limited by high return water temperature of heating system and is difficult to recover a large amount of latent heat from the waste heat of flue gas, applies a deep recovery technology of gas-fired boiler flue gas waste heat to water-source heat pump. Presents the method and principle of the technology, and analyses the operation data of a boiler room reconstruction project. The results show that the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to below 30 ℃ by this technology, and the consumption of heating gas will be reduced by 10%, which greatly reducing the water vapor concentration in the exhaust flue gas of gas-fired boilers and contributing to alleviate the occurrence of haze in the heating season.
