能耗定额管理方法在商业地产项目中的应用

摘要：
以国内某商业地产集团能耗管理的实践应用为基础，总结了一种适用于我国大型商业建筑的能耗定额管理体系。该体系分为能耗定额制定、审批、执行和方法优化4个环节，应用统计定额与技术定额的方法论，结合有效的审批流、销项管理手段和数据技术分析手段，实现商业地产建筑公共区能耗定额的有效管控。该集团2016年度的能耗定额管理结果表明，电耗较2015年减少约2 476万kW·h，节能率为6.1%。提出了下一阶段应重点深入研究的4个方面。
Abstract：
Based on the practical application of energy consumption management to a commercial real estate group in China, summarizes an energy consumption quota management system for large commercial buildings in China. The system is divided into four aspects including energy consumption quota formulation, approval, implementation and optimization method. Applies statistical quota and technical quota method theory, combines with the analysis of effective measures of examination and approval flow, output management and data technology, and realizes the effective control of the energy consumption quota of the public area of commercial real estate buildings. The energy consumption quota management of the group in 2016 shows that energy consumption decreases by about 24.76 million kW·h compared with that in 2015, and the energy efficiency rate is 6.1%. Puts forward four aspects that should be deeply studied in the next stage.
