手术室局部通风净化的研究现状
Research status of local ventilation purification in operating rooms
摘要：
分析了人们近年来一直讨论的层流对手术部位感染的影响，认为两者的关系还不能完全确定。介绍了手术室局部通风净化的工作原理，阐述了国内外在手术室空气质量方面的研究现状，列举了各种局部通风净化装置并分析了其中存在的问题。认为局部通风装置在处理灾难与紧急救援手术时有较大的应用潜力，但对于该装置在手术室的实际应用效果还需要各国学者与政府进一步研究。
Abstract：
Analyses the relationship between the laminar flow and the surgical site infection which has been discussed in recent years and considers that their relationship can not be entirely determined. Presents the working principle of local ventilation and purification in operating rooms. Expounds the research status of operating room air quality at home and abroad. Cites the local ventilation and purification devices and analyses their existing problems. Considers that the local ventilation system has a great potential in the field of disaster and emergency rescue operations, but the practical application of the device in operating rooms requires further study by scholars and governments in various countries.
