应用焓湿计算对双通道空调箱进行节能控制的研究

摘要:
为解决普通组合式空调箱在夏季再热量大、过渡季节新风利用率低等能源消耗过多的问题,提出了一种利用焓湿计算控制送风温湿度的方法,即利用双通道空调箱调节空调控制区域的温湿度。该方法能有效消除送风空气因除湿产生的过度冷却问题,从而减少因除湿引起的再热蒸汽消耗,并在过渡季节充分利用新风进行节能控制。消除了夏季冷热相抵的不合理现象,空调控制区域节能30%左右。
Abstract:
In order to solve the excessive energy consumption problem in ordinary air conditioning box, such as high reheating capacity in summer and low utilization rate of outdoor air in transitional season, proposes a method to control the supply air temperature and humidity using psychrometric calculation, which adjusts the temperature and humidity with a dual-channel air conditioning box. This method can effectively eliminate the super cooling problem caused by the dehumidification of the air supply, so as to reduce the reheating steam consumption caused by dehumidification and realize the energy saving control in the transitional season by full use of outdoor air. Meanwhile, it can eliminate the irrational phenomenon of cold and heat counteraction in summer and save about 30% energy of air conditioning control area.
