北方地区某商业办公建筑近零能耗供暖研究
Research on nearly zero energy heating of a commercial office building in North China

以北方地区某商业办公建筑为例,通过对供暖工况连续实测和持续调试改造,总结了关键的技术路线,实现了2017年供暖能耗达0.05 GJ/(m2·a),远低于欧盟0.11 GJ/(m2·a)的近零能耗建筑供暖标准。讨论了实现近零能耗供暖的技术措施。研究及实践结论表明:北方地区的商业综合体应对商场、酒店与办公建筑设置单独的控制支路,以适应不同负荷需求;对于采用四管制系统的建筑,采用自由冷却系统的经济效益较好。
Abstract:
Taking a commercial office building in North China as an example, through the continuously testing, commissioning and retrofitting in the heating condition, summarizes a crucial technical route, reaching the heating energy consumption of 0.05 GJ/(m2·a) in 2017, which is much lower than 0.11 GJ/(m2·a) in the EUs heating standard of nearly zero energy building. Discusses the technical measures for nearly zero energy heating. The results show that a separate control system for shopping centers, hotels and office buildings should be set up to meet the different loads demand of the commercial complexes in North China, and free cooling system has good economic benefit for a four-pipe water system.
