新型全新风空气处理机组冬季工况的实验研究
Experimental study on a novel all outdoor air handling unit under winter condition
摘要:
设计了一种新型转轮全热回收型直接蒸发式全新风空气处理机组,利用焓差实验室,改变新风参数,测试了冬季工况下该机组的运行性能。测试结果表明:通过改善实验机组热泵系统的运行环境,提高了热泵系统的性能系数,在室外新风温度为0 ℃时,热泵系统性能系数仍能达到3.3;机组综合能效比随新风温度的降低而有所升高,机组综合能效比最高达5.6,节能效果明显。
Abstract:
Designs a novel rotary heat exchanging direct evaporative all outdoor air handling unit (AHU). The unit changes outdoor air parameters using enthalpy potential laboratory. Tests the performance of AHU under the winter condition. The results show that coefficient of performance of the heat pump system is increased by improving the operating environment of the heat pump system of the experimental AHU unit. The coefficient of performance of the heat pump system is 3.3 at 0 ℃ of the outdoor air temperature. The integrated energy efficiency ratio of the unit is increased with the outdoor air temperature decreasing, reaching the highest value of 5.6. The energy saving effect of the unit is obvious.
