管内污水对流换热试验方案及污垢热阻问题的探讨

摘要:

在污水源热泵系统中,污水在换热管内的流动与换热特性以及污垢热阻的生长特性是污水换热器设计的重要参数。搭建了污水管内对流与换热特性试验台,依据试验数据,分析了污水管内对流换热、污垢生长过程与换热管内污水的初始流速、运行时间有关;并给出了污垢积聚的预测模型,为该类问题的研究提供参考。

Abstract:

In a sewage-source heat pump system, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of sewage in the heat exchange pipes and the growth features of fouling thermal resistance are the important parameters in the heat exchangers design. Establishes a test bed for convection and heat transfer characteristics in sewage pipes. The analysis results show that the convective heat transfer and the fouling growth process in the sewage pipe are related to the sewage initial velocity and operation time in the heat exchange pipes according to the experimental data. Provides a fouling accumulation prediction model as a reference for the similar problems research.
