我国历史风貌办公建筑节能改造评价模型建立及案例分析
Evaluation model establishment of energy saving retrofitting for historic office buildings and case analysis in China
摘要:
通过对天津市典型历史风貌办公建筑的调研测试和数据分析,总结了历史风貌办公建筑的特征,提出了节能改造技术。用DesignBuilder软件对几种改造技术的改造效果进行了模拟分析。以能源、环境、效益为切入点,建立了基于多目标决策法的节能改造评价模型,对外窗、外墙、屋顶等围护结构的改造技术进行了分析对比,计算得出了综合评分,可根据综合评分确定改造技术的优选项。
Abstract:
Based on the investigation and test data analysis of typical historic office buildings in Tianjin, summarizes their basic features, and presents the energy saving retrofitting technologies. Simulates and analyses the effect of several kinds of retrofitting technologies by DesignBuilder software. Considering the energy and environmental benefits, establishes an evaluation model of energy saving retrofitting based on the multiple objective decision making method. Analyses and compares the retrofitting technologies of windows, walls and roof, and ranks the comprehensive scores about these retrofitting technologies, which can be helpful to confirm the priorities of the retrofitting technologies.
