Protection zone and air tightness requirements for level-4 biosafety laboratories
摘要:
分析比较了国内外有关标准对四级生物安全实验室防护区的定义和围护结构气密性要求。结合工程实践总结了四级生物安全实验室的设计理念和防护区建设要求,指出GB 19489—2008中的防护区围护结构气密性要求有助于更大限度地降低病原微生物外泄的风险,认为我国当前特别需要积累生物安全四级实验室设计、建筑材料、施工工艺、施工监理、认可等与设施长期安全运行相关的资料。
Abstract:
Analyses and compares the domestic and foreign standards on the definition of protection zone and air tightness requirements of level-4 biosafety laboratory containment. Based on the engineering practice, summarizes the design concept of level-4 biosafety laboratories and the construction requirements of the protection zone. Points out that the air tightness requirements for protection zone in GB 19489-2008 standard are much helpful to reduce the risk of pathogen leakage. In view of the lack of relevant experience on level-4 laboratories in China, it is important to accumulate the data on the relationship about design, building materials, construction technology, supervision, evaluation and long-term operation safety.
