结合6个体育场馆的实际诊断情况，从设备能效、室外机散热、余热回收、运行管理四个方面分析了既有建筑中分体空调器的节能潜力，提出了相应的改造措施。

Abstract：
With the diagnosis conditions of six stadiums and gymnasiums, analyses the energy saving potential of split air conditioning units in existing buildings through four aspects: EER of the equipment, heat dissipation of outdoor units, heat recovery and operation management, and puts forward some corresponding reformation measures.
