摘要：
通过对近年来有机相变材料研究工作的总结，就其在建筑节能领域的应用、定形方法研究进展、导热系数改良方法研究进展、热物性参数测试方法研究进展等进行了归纳分析。指出了上述几个方面存在的一些问题和发展方向。

Abstract：
Summarizes recent research works on organic phase change materials, and analyses their application in building energy conservation field, and the research progress of related shape-stabilized method, thermal conductivity enhancement method and thermo physical property measurement method. Points out some problems and development direction for further research and application.
