摘要：
为了能够使沈阳陆军总医院空调系统冷热源方案的选择更加合理，采用当量满负荷运行时间法计算了不同冷热源方案空调系统全年能耗，并分析了初投资和运行费用以及环境效益。采用年经常费法对不同冷热源方案进行了比较分析，得到了该医院空调系统的最佳冷热源方案。

Abstract：
For a more rational choice of cold and heat source scheme, adopts the equivalent full load running time method to calculate the annual energy consumption, and studies its investment, operating cost and environmental benefits. Compares and analyses the different cold and heat source schemes with the YTC method, and gives the best choice for this hospital.
