冰蓄冷系统实际蓄冷过程运行参数设定优化方法研究

摘要:

结合实际测试方法,提出了一个简化的蓄冷系统分析模型,并给出了其优化过程的解析方法。对应用这一模型的项目AB 2个实际案例进行了优化,得到项目A的最优供回水温差为2.7 ℃,项目B的最优供回水温差为4.5 ℃。对实际案例进行了全过程模拟,结果显示,其优化的供回水温差比模型结果略高0.2~0.3 ℃,表明了这一模型结果的有效性,对冰蓄冷系统的参数设定与前期设计均具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:

Combined with the practical testing method, proposes a simplified analysis model for ice cool storage system and applies an analytic method to its optimization procedure. Optimizes two practical cases of project A and B. Obtains that the optimal temperature difference between supply and return water is 2.7 in the project A and 4.5 in the project B. The whole process simulation results of the practical cases show that the optimal temperature difference is 0.2~0.3 higher than that of simulation results, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the analysis model. The proposed model is of significance in the parameter setting and planning process in ice cool storage systems.
