一种基于静电集尘技术无耗材、自清洁空气净化器的研究
Research on a non-consumable and self-cleaning air purifier based on electrostatic precipitation technology
摘要:
采用静电集尘技术设计了一种无耗材、自清洁的空气净化器。通过匹配离心风机风速、集尘板长度、放电极半径和材料以及高压电场间隙参数,增大了洁净空气量输出;选用特定波长的紫外线杀菌和臭氧积极杀菌,提升了杀菌效率;自动清洁系统对集尘装置进行高压喷淋水洗和高速风干,使其可重复使用。试验结果表明,空气净化器的洁净空气量为287.5 m3/h,杀菌率高于99.5%,具有无耗材和自清洁的优点。
Abstract:
Proposes a non-consumable and self-cleaning air purifier based on electrostatic precipitation technology. Based on the parameters of the output speed of the centrifugal blower, length of the dust-arrest installation, diameter of the discharge electrode and the electric clearance, achieves a higher clean air delivery rate. Selects the ultraviolet rays with specific wavelengths and the ozone to improve the sterilizing rate. The self-cleaning system contains two parts of high pressure spray-washing and high speed air-drying, which makes the air purifier continuously reusable. Experimental results show that the maximum clean air delivery rate is 287.5 m3/h, and the sterilizing rates is over 99.5%. The air purifier shows the advantages of non-consumable and self-cleaning.
