电热膜启动特性和局部聚热的实验研究
Experimental study on startup characteristics and local heat accumulation of electric radiant heating film
摘要:
随着电热膜辐射供暖技术的应用,其容易发生聚热的安全问题也日益受到关注。选取了不具有高温自动保护功能和具有高温保护功能的2种电热膜进行模拟通电加热实验,研究了其在正常工况和局部聚热工况下的升温时间、功率变化、最高温度等参数,分析了两者的启动特性与安全性,并给出了实际施工时的建议。
Abstract:
With the application of electric radiant heating film technology to radiant heating, the security problem of local heat accumulation is also increasingly concerned. Selects two kinds of electric radiant heating films without high temperature protection function and with high temperature protection, and simulates the electric heating experiments. Under the normal and local heating accumulation conditions, studies the parameters such as heating time, power change and the highest temperature. Analyses their startup characteristics and safety performances, and provides some suggestions for the actual constructing process.
