空气源热泵溶液除霜及冷冻再生系统

摘要:

针对现有空气源热泵除霜方法存在的不足,提出了一种利用溶液进行除霜的空气源热泵除霜方法,并运用冷冻方法对除霜后的稀溶液进行再生。说明了溶液除霜及冷冻再生的原理,设计了空气源热泵溶液除霜及冷冻再生机组系统,介绍了机组的运行流程(制冷、制热融霜、冷冻再生和制热脱冰),确定了除霜溶液的种类及应用浓度范围,最后对该系统的性能进行了分析。

Abstract:

Aiming at the deficiency of the existing defrosting method for air-source heat pumps, proposes a new solution defrosting method, and regenerates the dilute solution by frozen method. Explains the principle of solution defrosting and frozen regeneration, designs a solution defrosting and frozen regeneration system for air-source heat pump. Presents its operation process (cooling, heating defrosting, frozen regeneration and ice removing). Determines the defrosting solution type and applicable concentration range, and analyses the system performance.
