定压差点的分布式变频改造技术应用

摘要:

在建立智慧热网平台的基础上,采用分布式变频技术对某供热系统进行了改造。选择节点22为定压差点,恒定其压头为15 m,解决了原有供热管网承压偏高和水力不平衡问题。2015—2016年供暖季的运行结果表明,各换热站的实际流量、耗热量与设计值均比较吻合,达到了预期效果。

Abstract:

Based on the establishment of a smart heat network platform, reforms a heat supply system by the distributed variable frequency technology. Chooses the node 22 as the fixed pressure point, and controls its pressure head at 15 m, solving the problems of high pressure and serious hydraulic imbalance in the original heating network. The operating data during the heating season of 2015-2016 shows that the actual flow rate and heat consumption are consistent with the design values, achieving the expected effect.
