独联体国家电力工程暖通专业设计要点
HVAC design experience in power engineering projects in CIS
摘要：
随着“一带一路”和“走出去”战略的实施，我国在独联体地区承包的电力工程越来越多，这类工程均要求采用独联体标准进行设计。介绍了2个电力工程项目的技术特点、供暖及通风系统设计特点，为今后建设类似项目提供参考。

Abstract：
With the implementation of “the Belt and Road Initiatives” and the “go globally” strategy, there are more and more power engineering projects in CIS(Commonwealth of Independent States) contracted by Chinese companies, which have to meet the requirements of CIS project design standards. Presents the technical characteristics, the heating and ventilation system design characteristics of the two power engineering projects, and provides references for similar projects in the future.
