北方地区某高大中庭商场供暖优化
Heating optimization for a shopping mall with large atrium in Northern China

介绍了该商场建筑的项目背景及供暖季存在的问题。通过理论分析,建立了该商场的热压通风模型,对有组织通风设备进行了详细测试。测试结果表明,商场存在大量的厨房机械排风与较少的机械新风,大部分新风通过无组织通风渗入。总结了系统的供暖改进措施,主要包括:围护结构的漏洞封堵,厨房排、补风系统的联动,降低供热站供水温度,设备运行策略的调节。通过对商场的连续监测,解决了商场竖直温差过大的问题,整体温度处于舒适水平;该商场2017年供暖能耗相比2012年开业初期下降了58.5%。
Abstract:
Presents the project background of a shopping mall and existing problems in heating seasons. Develops a thermal pressure ventilation model by theoretical analysis, and performs a detailed test for organized ventilation devices. The test results show that there exists large amount of kitchen mechanical air exhaust and a little mechanical outdoor air supply, and most of outdoor air infiltrates by unorganized way. Summarizes the improved heating measures, mainly including blocking off the loopholes in the building envelopes, transforming the exhaust and makeup air control systems, decreasing the supply water temperature from the boiler plant, and adjusting the operation strategies of some equipments. Solves the problem of overlarge vertical temperature difference of the shopping mall by continuous monitoring, which maintains the comfortable indoor temperature, and the heating energy consumption in 2017 was decreased by 58.5 percent compared with that in the early opening period of 2012.
