静止式全热交换器热湿耦合传递问题的数值解析方法探讨

静止式全热交换器内传热传湿问题属于典型的狭长流道弱热湿耦合传递问题,通过合理的假设,将气固(膜)两相间传湿类比为流固耦合传热,建立了热湿耦合传递数学模型。以准逆流式全热交换器为例,介绍了使用CFD软件实现该数学模型计算的方法,并通过实验验证了计算结果。结果显示,在100~510 m3/h风量工况下,计算显热效率和潜热效率与实验值的最大误差分别为6.2%和3.8%。
Abstract:
Heat and mass transfer in static total heat exchangers is a typical weak-coupled transfer problem in narrow and long channel. Assumes an analogy between fluid-solid coupled moisture transfer and fluid-solid coupled heat transfer. Establishes a mathematical model for coupled moisture and heat transfer. Taking a quasi-counter flow total heat exchanger as an example, presents the calculation method using present CFD software and verifies the computational results. The results show that the maximum deviation is 6.2% for sensible heat efficiency, and 3.8% for latent heat efficiency, at various air flow rates from 100 to 510 m3/h.
