基于人体热适应需求的居住建筑外墙热工设计方法及关键参数研究

摘要:

基于我国寒冷地区人体热适应需求,根据热平衡原理,采用非稳态算法,将人体热舒适气候适应性模型应用于被动式建筑外墙保温材料最优热工性能参数的反向求解方法中,得到了适用于西安地区不同承重结构建筑外墙最优保温材料的比热容与密度的乘积、导热系数及厚度等参数之间的关系。将采用优化热工性能参数保温材料的新型外墙建筑的自然室温与传统外墙建筑的自然室温进行了对比分析。结果表明,外墙采用优化热工性能参数保温材料的建筑自然室温的全年空调度小时数和供暖度小时数分别降低了81.5%~92.0%和35.0%~71.8%。

Abstract:

Based on the human thermal adaptation demand in Chinas cold zone, according to the principle of thermal equilibrium, applies the climate adaptation model of human thermal comfort to the reverse solving method of optimal thermal properties of passive building envelope thermal insulation materials using the unsteady-state algorithm. Obtains the relationship among the product of specific heat capacity and density, the thermal conductivity and the thickness of envelope thermal insulation materials with different bearing structures in Xian. Compares the natural indoor air temperature of the buildings using new type of envelope thermal insulation materials with optimal thermal properties with that of the traditional buildings. The results show that the degree hours of natural indoor air temperature in the cooling and heating seasons can be reduced by 81.5% to 92.0% and 35.0% to 71.8% respectively when adopting the envelope thermal insulation materials with optimal thermal properties.
