该标准已于2015年发布。介绍了该标准的编制背景及修订概况，重点介绍了该标准的节能目标要求及主要工作程序。该标准既给出了作为目标引导的实际用能密度要求，也给出了达到标准要求需开展的能源管理计划、运行维护方案、能源审计等工作，以及具体的节能技术措施。从标准化工作形式和技术内容两方面讨论了其对我国相关标准编制的参考和启示。

Abstract：
The standard was released in 2015. Presents the background and revision of the standard. Emphasizes on the energy efficiency requirement target and main procedure. The standard sets the actual energy-use intensity (EUI) as a goal orientation, and provides the requirements on energy management plan, operation and maintenance program, energy audit and detailed energy efficiency measures to achieve the energy target. Discusses the reference and enlightenment of the standard in terms of standardization form and technology on the relative standards establishment in China.
