高等级生物安全实验室中Ⅱ级B2型生物安全柜气流控制模式研究
Airflow control modes of ⅡB2 biosafety cabinets in high-level biosafety laboratory
摘要:
对22个高等级生物安全实验室项目共计79台Ⅱ级B2型生物安全柜的气流控制模式进行了统计分析,介绍了变送定排、定送变排和变送(双稳态)变排控制模式及其可能存在的问题,并对部分环节提出了解决思路。对定送变排、安全柜排风等量切换模式进行了探讨和实证研究,通过比较分析,认为该模式投资少,具有较好的适用性和稳定性。
Abstract:
Analyses the airflow control modes of 79 biosafety cabinets in 22 high-level biosafety laboratory projects. Presents the control modes of variable air supply and constant air exhaust, constant air supply and variable air exhaust, and variable air supply (bistable state) and variable air exhaust and the possible problems, and puts forward some solutions. Discusses and empirically studies the control mode of constant air supply and variable air exhaust for the system, meanwhile the air discharge switching equivalently between the biosafety cabinet and the room. The comparative analysis result indicates that this control mode is less invested, with good applicability and stability.
