重大动物疫病疫苗生产车间空调系统生物安全要点探讨
Discussion on biosafety protection measures of air conditioning system in serious animal disease] vaccine production workshops
摘要：
根据农业部最新发布的疫苗生产车间三级防护标准，结合相关生物安全规范、目前国内疫苗生产车间建设情况及笔者近些年设计、检测经验，对新形势下重大动物疫病疫苗生产车间空调系统生物安全的新要求进行了分析，从防护区范围、空调系统形式、压力梯度、围护结构气密性、关键防护设备及系统工况转换等方面探讨了应对措施，为同类建设项目的设计和施工提供参考。
Abstract：
According to the new level-3 biosafety standard for serious animal disease vaccine production workshops released by the Ministry of Agriculture, combined with relevant biosafety codes, current construction situation of domestic vaccine production workshops and the authors design and test experience, analyses the new biosafety requirements of air conditioning system in serious animal disease vaccine production workshop. Discusses the countermeasures from the aspects of the area of protection zone, the form of air conditioning system, the pressure gradient, the airtightness of the envelope, the key protective equipment and the conversion of system operating conditions, etc., which provides a reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
