摘要：
介绍了我国北方寒冷地区某城市18个集中型热泵系统的设计参数，并对其实际运行能耗和能效进行了测试，比较了测试结果与设计参数。探讨了所调研项目设计参数的合理性，总结了系统设计时普遍存在的选型偏大的典型问题。建议在系统设计阶段，对系统全寿命周期的运行情况进行预测，并以此作为系统设计方案比选与设备选型的重要依据。

Abstract：
Presents the design parameters of eighteen centralized heat pump systems in a city in cold region of northern China and tests the practical operational energy consumption and energy performance. Compares the measurement results and design parameters. Discusses the rationality of design parameters of the projects and summarizes the typical problem of over-capacity selection in system design. Puts forward to predict the operation performance of the whole life time and make it as an important basis to evaluate the system design scheme and equipment selection.
