烟气-水直接接触式换热性能研究

摘要:

研究了水滴的运动特性和烟气与水的传热传质特性,建立了烟气-水直接接触式换热的微分方程,得到了烟气和水的温度分布的数值解。分析了影响换热的主要因素,结果表明,水滴粒径、水气比和换热器高度是影响换热的主要因素。对某燃气锅炉房烟气余热回收工程的直接接触式换热器进行了实测,验证了理论计算结果的准确性。

Abstract:

Studies the movement characteristics of droplets and heat and mass transfer performances of flue gas and water. Establishes a flue gas-water direct-contact heat transfer differential equation to obtain the temperature distribution of flue gas and water. Analyses the main factors influencing heat transfer performance. The results show that droplet size, water-gas ratio and height of heat exchanger are the main influencing factors. Tests a direct-contact heat exchanger for a flue-gas waste heat recovery project of a gas-fired boiler room, and verifies the results of theoretical calculation.
