针对蒸发冷却设备能效划分和标注存在的问题，结合焓湿图，对蒸发冷却设备进行了5个能效等级分类，并对该分类方式进行了说明，对其合理性进行了分析。

Abstract：
Aiming at the problems existing in energy efficiency division and labeling of evaporative cooling equipment, devises five energy efficiency levels according to the psychrometric chart. Explains the classification method and analyses its rationality.
