GB 50243—2016《通风与空调工程施工质量验收规范》从2017年7月1日起实施。概要介绍了规范的内容及特点，并对规范中需进一步探讨的条款，尤其是对分项工程施工质量检验批质量验收抽样方案的适用范围及检验批质量验收记录的填写，提出了意见和建议。

Abstract：
The code has been implemented on July 1, 2017. Briefly presents the contents and characteristics of the code. Aiming at the items needed to be further discussed in the code, especially the application scope of the sampling plan for quality acceptance of the construction quality inspection of sectional works and the writing of quality inspection records, puts forward some comments and suggestions.
