小型板式逆交叉流露点间接蒸发冷却器的优化设计

Optimal design of a small plate-type dew point indirect evaporative cooler with counter cross flow

摘要:

通过建立露点间接蒸发冷却器的热质交换理论模型,对冷却器的几何参数、内部流动形式和隔板材料进行了优化。设计了一种近似逆流但具有更小进口阻力的内部流动形式以及一种吸水性好且价格低廉的新型复合隔板材料。实验研究了复合隔板冷却器的冷却性能,并与其他形式冷却器进行了对比。结果表明:隔板导热系数和厚度对冷却器性能几乎没有影响,而隔板材料的吸水性能通过影响热质交换面积来影响冷却器性能;复合隔板材料冷却器的送风温度可降至湿球温度以下;引入单位体积送风量与其他形式冷却器对比,相同制冷量下,选用复合隔板材料可以有效减小设备尺寸,为将该技术引入居住建筑提供了理论依据和技术支持。

Abstract:

Establishes a thermal and mass exchange model of a dew point indirect evaporative cooler and optimizes the geometric parameters, the internal flow form and the clapboard material of the cooler. Designs an internal flow form similar to counter flow with less inlet resistance and a new type of composite clapboard material with good water absorption and cost-effectiveness.  Experimentally studies the cooling performance of the composite clapboard cooler and compares it with other types of coolers. The results show that the thermal conductivity and the thickness of the clapboard have almost no effect on the performance of the cooler, but the water absorption of the clapboard material impacts the performance of the cooler through the heat and mass transfer area; the supply air temperature of the composite clapboard material cooler can be lower than the wet bulb temperature; the composite clapboard material cooler has smaller size under the same cooling capacity when comparing with other coolers using supply air rate per unit volume, providing a theoretical basis and technical support for applying the technology to the residential buildings.
