吸收式热泵回收湿冷热电厂循环水余热实验研究
Experimental study of absorption heat pump recovering waste heat of humid and cold circulating water of thermal power plants

为了研究吸收式热泵应用于湿冷热电厂的实际性能,分析了某热电厂4×220 MW燃煤供热机组采用吸收式热泵后整个供暖季的运行数据,测试了吸收式热泵驱动抽汽、循环水参数及一次网参数,分析了吸收式热泵实际运行COP及循环水余热回收量。实验数据表明,该湿冷热电厂采用吸收式热泵后热泵COP达到1.43,年回收循环水余热量306 672.9 GJ,折合标准煤10 477.4 t,节能减排效果显著。
Abstract:
To study the actual performance of absorption heat pump used in the wet thermal power plant, analyses the operation data of four 220 MW coal-fired heating units in a thermal power plant using absorption heat pumps in the whole heating season, tests the parameters of extracted steam, circulating water and primary pipe, and analyses the actual operating COP of the absorption heat pump and the waste heat recovery rate of the circulating water. The test results show that the COP of heat pump reaches 1.43 and recovers 306 672.9 GJ of heat each year, equivalent to 10 477.4 tons of standard coal, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable.
