基于中低收入国家，该指南提出了降低手术部位感染（SSI）发生率的适宜措施。依据循证医学，该指南第4.23节建议层流通风系统不应用于降低接受全关节置换术手术的患者的SSI风险。就此建议，评述了其背景、依据、研究方法，提出了看法。

Abstract：
The guideline proposes the appropriate measures to reduce SSI for low and middle income countries. According to evidence-based medicine, suggests that laminar flow ventilation systems should not be used to reduce the risk of SSI for patients undergoing total arthroplasty surgery in the section 4.23 of the guideline. Reviews its background, basis and research methods, and presents the opinions.
