建筑能耗测算数据差异及其原因分析

摘要：
随着我国建筑节能工作的不断推进，建筑能耗数据的基础性作用越显突出,而目前我国建筑能耗测算数据差异较大。为增强能耗数据的可靠性和可比性，分别从能耗概念、能源统计口径、能耗测算方法3个角度对产生能耗数据差异的原因进行了深入的分析，给出了初步的解决建议。

Abstract：
With the continuous advancement of building energy conservation in China, the basic role of building energy consumption data becomes more prominent. However, there are great differences in energy consumption data measured in China. To enhance the reliability and comparability of energy consumption data, analyses the causes of energy consumption data differences from three aspects of energy consumption concept, energy statistical caliber and energy consumption calculation method, and provides some preliminary suggestions.
