基于能源平衡表的建筑能耗拆分模型及应用
Split model and application of building energy consumption based on energy balance table
摘要：
在对能源平衡表中各项数据的来源与口径进行分析的基础上，建立了基于能源平衡表的建筑能耗拆分模型。计算了2001—2014年全国建筑能耗数据，并将计算结果与相关研究结果进行了比较。提出了区域建筑能耗上下限校核方法。研究结果表明：基于能源平衡表的建筑能耗拆分模型具有数据获取简单、来源权威、计算简便、易于得到时间序列数据等优点；建筑能耗计算结果与清华大学CBEM数据在变化趋势上保持一致；建筑能耗上下限校核方法可用于自下而上模型计算结果校核或省级民用建筑能耗统计数据审核。
Abstract：
Analyses the source and caliber of the data in the energy balance table, establishes a building energy consumption split model based on the energy balance table. Calculates the national building energy consumption data from 2001 to 2014, and compares the results with those of other studies. Puts forward a checking method for the regional building energy consumption boundary. Research results indicate that the model has the advantages of simple data acquisition, authoritative source, simple calculation, easy to obtain time series data and so on, the results of building energy consumption are consistent with the trend of CBEM, and the checking method can be used to check the bottom-up model calculation results or audit provincial civil building energy consumption statistics.
