我国民用建筑时间序列面积统计年鉴数据分析
Time series data analysis of civil buildings of China based on statistical yearbooks
摘要：
分析了我国不同统计年鉴中民用建筑面积相关数据。通过对我国相关统计制度的梳理，对涉及宏观建筑面积时间序列数据的主要统计指标进行了分类，对数据指标的平衡公式、统计范围、数据口径、有效年份、数据完整性等进行了系统分析，确定了我国现有宏观建筑面积统计数据的主要问题并给出了选用建议，为我国宏观建筑能耗研究提供方法和数据支撑。
Abstract：
Systematically analyses the relevant data of civil building area in different statistical yearbooks of China. By sorting out the relevant statistical system of our country, classifies the main statistical indexes of the time series of macro building area data. Analyses the data indexes including the balance equation, statistical scope, data caliber, effective statistical years and data integrity. Determines the main problems of the existing macro building area statistical data and gives the selection recommendation, providing the method and data support for further study on macro building energy consumption in China.
