我国南北方典型城市公共建筑集中空调系统污染状况调查与分析
Investigation and analysis of central air conditioning system pollution in public buildings in typical northern and southern cities in China

对北京市和长沙市27栋6种不同功能公共建筑集中空调系统进行了抽样调查,分析了两市集中空调系统的污染状况,并采用SPSS 16.0对风管内表面、送风及室内的9项指标进行了相关性分析。结果显示,长沙集中空调送风和建筑室内空气中细菌和真菌污染较北京严重,这与长沙地区相对湿度较高有关;北京市集中空调送风和建筑室内空气中PM10浓度较长沙高,这与北京室外大气颗粒污染较为严重有关;风管内表面积尘量与积尘微生物含量、送风和室内PM10浓度、送风和室内细菌总数之间均存在显著正相关。
Abstract:
Investigates central air conditioning systems in 27 public buildings with 6 different function in Beijing and Changsha. Analyses the pollution status of the systems in two cities. Correlation analysis is made on 9 indices concerning air speed, inside room and inside surfaces of air ducts by means of a statistical analysis software SPSS V16.0. The result shows that the bacteria and epiphyte pollution in supply air and in indoor air in Changsha, due to the high level of relative humidity, is heavier than in Beijing and the density of PM10 in Beijing, due to heavy atmosphere particle pollution, is higher than in Changsha. The amount of accumulated dust on inside air ducts has positive correlation to the content of microbe in the dust, the density of PM10 in supply air and in indoor air and the total amount of bacteria in supply air and in indoor air.
