武汉某新区低碳能源规划案例分析
Case analysis of low-carbon energy planning in a New District in Wuhan
摘要:
以该项目二期能源规划方案为例,对新区低碳能源规划进行了系统分析。以能源供应状况、资源条件分析、建筑负荷预测、关键技术应用案例调研等为前提,提出了6个复合式能源系统方案,进行了能源供应可靠性、节能效益、环境效益、经济效益等多方权衡比选论证,并分析了能源价格变动及政策环境影响。建议采用江水源热泵与热电联供相结合的优化能源方案。

Abstract:
Taking a district energy planning project in Wuhan as an example, analyses the low-carbon energy planning schemes in the district. Based on energy supplying status, resource condition analysis, building heat load prediction and key technology applying case, puts forward six complex energy system schemes. Compares energy supply reliability, energy-saving benefit, environment benefit and economic benefit of different schemes. Analyses the influences of energy price and policy. Suggests adopting the river water source heat pump combined with heat and power cogeneration scheme.
