云南省温和地区发展被动房的若干思考

介绍了云南省温和地区的气候特征和能源条件，结合民用建筑能耗统计结果和建筑室内环境调研，讨论了在该地区发展被动房的必要性和可行性，并对适宜当地气候条件的被动房技术指标体系和解决方案提出了一些探索性的意见。

Abstract：
Presents the climatic characteristics and energy supply conditions of the temperate zone in Yunnan province. Combining with the results of civil building energy consumption statistics and researches on the indoor environment, discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing passive houses in the region. Puts forward some suggestions on technical index system for passive houses and solutions which are suitable for the local climatic conditions.
