该酒店采用水环式地源热泵系统。其单位面积综合能耗远低于按四星级标准设计和建设的酒店，且呈逐年下降趋势。介绍了空调及生活热水的冷热源形式。结合该酒店近4 a的能耗及费用，分析了该项目所采取的节能措施及运行现状。介绍了运行管理节能的措施。

Abstract：
The hotel adopts water-loop ground-source heat pump system, and its comprehensive energy consumption per unit area is much lower than those designed and constructed according to the four-star hotel standard, and the energy consumption shows a yearly downward trend. Presents the cold and heat sources of air conditioning system and domestic hot water system. Based on the analysis of energy consumption and operating cost of the hotel in past four years, analyses the energy saving measures and operation status. Presents the energy saving measures during the operation management.
