纸基蒸发冷却填料对固体颗粒物过滤性能影响的测试分析

摘要:

针对纸基直接蒸发冷却填料,采用亚利桑那试验粉尘,按照GB/T 18801—2015《空气净化器》推荐的方法,在不同空气含尘浓度、布水密度以及迎面风速下,对空气中不同粒径的可吸入颗粒物的过滤效率进行了测试和分析。测试结果表明,该填料对固体颗粒物的过滤效果显著,过滤效率与空气含尘浓度以及填料新旧程度的相关性不大,与布水密度和迎面风速密切相关。

Abstract:

According to the measurement method recommended by national standard of GB/T 18801-2015 Air Cleaner, tests and analyses the filtering performances of paper-based evaporative cooling pad to different size inhalable solid particles under the conditions of different particle concentrations, water distribution densities and air face velocities with Arizona test dust particles. The result shows that the filtering efficiency is very high, irrelative to particle concentration and pad condition, but highly correlative to water distribution density and air face velocity.
