医院建筑功能复杂，一些用房功能十分特殊。结合工程实例，介绍了医院几种特殊用途功能用房的设计要点，包括血液病房、静脉用药调配中心、正负压切换手术室、隔离病房。具体内容包括各种特殊用房的功能特点、工艺需求、适用的标准规范、平面布局要点、通风净化设计要点、关键设备的选择等，力求达到安全、舒适、节能的要求。
Abstract：
The function of hospital building is complex, with some very special function departments. Presents the design methods of several special function departments in the hospital according to an engineering example, including hematology ward, pharmacy intravenous admixture service (PIVAS), positive and negative pressure switch operating room and isolation ward. The specific contents include functional features, process requirements, applicable standards, layout elements, key points of ventilation and air cleaning design and selection of key equipment, in order to meet the requirements of safety, comfort and energy saving.
