手术室环境动态特征影响因素研究进展综述
Research progress on operational characteristics influencing factors of operating room environment: A review
摘要：
静态环境下手术室的单向流通风系统能够保护手术区。然而，研究表明手术室的动态和静态特性有很大的差异，动态环境下手术区的气流形态近似为混合流。手术室环境的研究方法可分为统计法、模拟手术操作法和数值模拟法。就手术室动态特性及人员对手术室洁净环境的影响进行了综述。手术室中人员及其活动是影响手术室洁净环境的重要因素，其中人体是复杂的发尘源，同时人员在手术室进行各种操作活动，对周围环境产生的影响复杂多变。保护动态条件下的洁净环境，对动态手术环境进行监测，是手术室运行管理的重要研究内容。
Abstract：
The unidirectional flow ventilation system in the operating room can protect the surgical area under at-rest condition. However, research results show that the operational and at-rest characteristics of the operating room are very different, and that the airflow pattern in the surgical area is close to a mixed status under operational condition. The study methods of operating room environment can be divided into statistical method, simulated operation method and numerical simulation method. Reviews the operational characteristics and the impact of personnel on the clean environment of the operating room. The occupants and their activities are important factors that affect the clean environment of the operating room, in which the human body is a complex dust source, and the impact of occupants’ activities in the operating room on the surrounding environment is complex and variable. It is important for the operation and management of the operating room to protect and monitor the clean environment under operational condition.
