办公建筑遮阳调节行为模型研究
Study on sunshade control behavior model in office buildings
摘要：
以上海地区为例，以14幢办公建筑的944个遮阳调节应用调查数据为基础，分析了遮阳调节功能的主要影响因素及筛选因素。利用logistic回归分析方法，建立了不同季节（冬季、夏季）遮阳设施上下调节与其影响因素间的关系，为遮阳实际应用评价提供了依据。

Abstract：
Taking Shanghai as an example, based on the survey data of 944 sunshade facilities in 14 office buildings, analyses the main influencing factors and screening critical factors of sunshade control function. Using logistic regression analysis method, establishes the relationship between up/down adjustment of sunshade facilities and its influencing factors in different seasons (winter and summer), and provides a basis for practical evaluation of sunshade.
