摘要：
从测量原理、设备和应用等方面归纳整理了现有在室行为测量方法，对不同测量方法的优缺点进行了客观评价。对国内外在室行为预测模型的研究进行了分类和综述，阐述了各类模型的主要特征，同时提出了其优点及应用局限。探讨了制约该研究方向的问题及可能的解决方法。

Abstract：
Summarizes the measuring methods in terms of principles, facilities and applications. Evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the methods. Classifies and reviews the existing occupant behavior prediction models in China and overseas. Expounds and analyses the main features, advantages and limitations of these models. Discusses the problems restricting the research direction and possible solutions.
